New-Feature | One Click Reordering

Our new website, which was launched in January this year has been quite a hit with our customers.  Since the launch, we have been taking on board any requests for new features and improvements that we could make.

So now the new online shop has been running smoothly for some time, we feel it's the right time to drop in a great new feature...  One Click Re-ordering!!

Who will this feature benefit?

As a packaging supplier, we often have customers who wish to re-order the same items on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis.  This is for those customers.  You must be registered with our online store.  If you checkout as a 'guest' each time, our system does not keep track of your orders; so be sure to get your account created the next time you are placing an order!

What does this mean for me?

If you have come to Richards Packaging to place the same order that you had last time, you can do so much quicker than if you had to browse through the site and adding each individual item to your basket.  This feature will save you time!

How do I do it?

Easily.  Log in to your account by clicking "Login" at the top of the site.  Sign into the website and visit "My Account".  Here you will see a list of your previous orders.  There is an icon (shown below) to the left of each order.

Clicking on that icon will add all items from that order to your basket.

You can then adjust quantities or add additional products if you wish in the basket area.

If you wish to simply re-order and go to checkout, go into the order by clicking on the order number.  There is a button in the actual order which says "Re-order and checkout".  This will take you straight to the payment screen where an order summary is presented to you so you can double check what you are ordering.
